Debbie Lally knows that in order to have a successful business run smoothly, it is critical to tend to all the many details of the operation, both visible and behind the scenes. Debbie’s success comes from her skill working with others to achieve a common goal. She has a deep understanding that collaborating and keeping lines of communication open with trust and honesty helps insure success.

Debbie comes to the Center of Integrative Counseling and Wellness trained as a Certified Life Coach and with entrepreneurial experiences in starting and running small businesses. She isn’t flustered by the pressure of multiple demands and deadlines as she served as an administrative assistant for Mitt Romney at Bain Capital, when they worked with multiple emerging companies. Her varied background helps her to know the necessity of building a strong support platform, as she helps oversee the Center’s many services. By organizing the Center’s operations and procedures, overseeing data bases, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining office efficiencies, she hopes to create an experience of peace, grace and serenity for staff and clients.

Debbie received a BS from The University of Maine and also received her Life Coaching certification from The Ford Institute, San Diego, CA where she studied under Debbie Ford.
