Community Outreach

Anne believes strongly in the importance of reducing stigma in mental and behavioral health, raising awareness of good mental health practices and connecting people in need to professional resources.

Background & Qualifications

As program administrator at the Center, Anne works to develop pathways for outreach in the community, including Workplace Wellness training at local businesses and schools. She also provides administrative support to the clinical team at the Center. Anne believes strongly in the importance of reducing stigma in mental and behavioral health, raising awareness of good mental health practices and connecting people in need to professional resources.

Anne is a candidate for a Master’s in Social Work at the Simmons University School of Social Work in Boston. She is a founding member of Duxbury FACTS (Families, Adolescents and Community Together against Substances), a community coalition that works to promote mental health and prevent substance misuse, particularly among youth. Anne volunteers with CP Mentors where she supports underserved students in Boston through the college admissions, matriculation, and completion processes. She was a member of her community’s School Committee for many years and continues to pursue her interest in education policy and equity. Previously, Anne worked in corporate communications in the U.S. and in Asia. She studied International Relations at Brown University.
