We are confronting the Coronavirus one day at a time as it continues to emerge and challenge each and every one of us.

It is important to focus on what each of us can do to contribute.

I would like to first bring to focus our need to center with empathic understanding that we are a collective society and underscore “All for one, one for all.”

We must embrace the medical advice, science and data and comply with the recommendations of our professionals.

By doing so, we defeat the feeling of helplessness and we empower ourselves with a focus on empathy for everyone compassion for those fighting at the front lines medically.

Today we can contribute by:

Understanding that empathy connects and unites us

Compassion for every medical professional at the front line
