Molly takes great pride in creating an environment where clients feel safe, heard, validated, and supported. It is this commitment to client-centered care that drives her work, as she believes it provides an important foundation for healing. Molly has over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. She has always been deeply passionate about helping others, a calling that has guided her throughout her career as a therapist. Her care includes working with adolescents, adults, seniors and the maternal mental health population, which includes pregnant women, women who may be struggling with infertility and the postpartum period.

Molly integrates various therapeutic approaches to meet the unique goals and needs of her clients. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), tailoring each session to provide personalized and effective care. By weaving these evidence-based frameworks, Molly empowers her clients to navigate challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful growth.
She started her career working in Boston for a non-profit with individuals facing intellectual and emotional challenges. As a counselor in a day program, she provided guidance and education to individuals on essential life skills and other critical competencies. Later, at a private residential program, she refined her therapeutic skills as a counselor, and later, Community Residence Director. She worked closely with adolescents and adults facing severe mental health challenges. She also sought specialized training in the challenges facing women with maternal mental health issues. Molly also enjoys treating seniors facing transitions. Whatever the population, Molly is dedicated to fostering a supportive and research- based treatment approach, equipping clients with the tools, support, and education needed to lead successful and independent lives. Molly’s dedication to fostering growth and resilience has been a cornerstone of her work.
Molly earned her MA of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College in Boston. Prior to that she earned a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
